Metaplan offers a variety of virtual spaces tailored to suit different needs and purposes.
These spaces are categorized into three main types: templates, worlds, and events.
Each type comes with its unique characteristics, advantages, and use cases, as explained in detail below:
Templates serve as the foundation for creating immersive worlds and events.
They are predefined virtual spaces that come with built-in themes and environments,
offering users a convenient starting point for designing their custom spaces.
Although templates are not designed for multi-user interaction or editing,
they provide a 3D preview mode, allowing users to explore and visualize the layout and elements within.
Metaplan offers a diverse selection of templates, making it easy for users to find one that aligns
with their vision. Moreover, users can save their own creations as templates for future projects,
further expanding their options. The number of available templates depends on the user's
subscription type.

You cannot edit a saved template. If you want to make changes to the template - create a copy of it.
Worlds are dynamic, permanent, customizable 3D spaces that enable real-time interaction among users.
These virtual environments can be crafted from scratch or built upon existing
templates. Users can populate their worlds with a range of objects, textures,
and materials found in the asset manager.
Worlds support voice and audio chats, enabling seamless communication between participants.
Users can invite others to join their worlds, fostering collaboration and social interaction
in a unique virtual setting. Additionally, the admin panel allows users to manage and tailor
their worlds according to their preferences and requirements.

Events are time-bound gatherings or meetings hosted within virtual worlds.
They can be created using existing worlds or templates and customized for a wide array of purposes,
including conferences, concerts, and social events. Events provide an interactive platform where
users can connect, network, and collaborate in real time.

It's important to note that events are automatically removed
from the platform once they have reached their end date.
